Our detached house, in the immediate vicinity of Lake Edersee and the Kellerwald National Park, offers the perfect escape from everyday life. Its ideal location on a spacious, rural property with a separate entrance makes it the ideal retreat for those seeking nature and tranquility.

Completely renovated in 2020, the ground-floor accessible holiday home welcomes you with lovingly crafted furnishings. The house is equipped for up to 6 people and features a double bedroom and a room with two bunk beds. A large dining and living area with an open-plan kitchen, modern amenities such as a dishwasher, TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a stylish bathroom, offer comfortable luxury. A fireplace provides coziness, providing warmth and ambiance on cold days.

Heerlijke verblijfplaats op een fijne locatie

Fijn, praktisch en net huisje. 2 stapelbedden, prima als je een makkelijke slaper bent. Alles voorhanden: oven, magnetron, koelkast, afwasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, toaster... etc. Heerlijke terras, fijne stoelen en fijne tuin. Ideaal met honden, want er is ook een kennel voor als je een dagje weg wilt en de honden kunnen niet mee. Vriendelijke eigenaren. Ondanks het gedeelde terrein, heb je weinig met elkaar van doen. En toch fijn om iemand om de hoek te hebben mocht het nodig zijn. Vanuit het huisje mogelijkheiden om oneindig lange wandelingen te maken. Bad Wildungen ligt om de hoek, erg leuk om te bezoeken, evenals het grote (kuhr)park. Stad Kassel is een leuke shopstad, maar ook met culturele hotspots. Een voetbalwedstrijd bezoeken als Kassel toevallig thuisspeelt is een aanrader. Ook de Edersee is een bezoekje waard, tevens hondenstrand aanwezig.

Ein tolles Familienwochenende mit Hund

Ein super eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in dem es an nichts fehlte. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Familie Duen ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

schöne unterkunft / schöne umgebung

wir hatten eine sehr schöne woche vor ort. die kommunikation mit den vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und schnell. wir hatten etwas internet probleme, darum wurde sich extrem gut gekümmert. das grundstück ist sehr schön und die familie ( wohnt auch auf dem gründstück ) lässt einem sehr viel platz, so das man das gefühl hat, man ist allein. für kinder gibt es unglaublich viel zu erleben. tiere, pool, vor allem das trampolin wurde sehr doll genutzt . mir persönlich war die schnellstraße etwas nah am grundstück. hat aber meine frau und kind zum beispiel gar nicht gestört. wie gesagt, die familie ist sehr bemüht einen tollen aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. es gibt jeder zeit sehr gute tipps was es in der nähe zu tun, oder essen gibt. der vermieter jagt gerne. unbedingt mal seine selbst-gemachten würste kaufen. waren phänomenal. wir waren das erste mal in der gegend und es gab unglaublich viel zu erleben im sommer. zwischen aktiven unternehmungen und baden im see, waren die tage immer sehr schnell vorbei.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern (11,9,2) und es war einfach perfekt. Alles war mega sauber und von Kaffeemaschine bis Kochgeschirr wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Anbieter waren so unglaublich nett! Unsere Kinder hatten mega viel Spass auf dem großen Gelände. Es gab ein riesen Trampolin, großen Pool, Seilbahn und vieles mehr. Pferde und Babykatzen gab es auch noch. Auch an Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es da sehr viel. Der Edersee ist wunderschön, eine Schifffahrt haben wir auch gemacht. Das tolle Haus, wo alles auf dem Kopf steht ist auch noch in der Nähe. Also, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für alles an Familie Duen! Liebe Grüße Familie Huhn

We hebben een heel fijne week gehad. Slecht weer, maar ruimte genoeg om je te vermaken. Veel leuke stadjes en bezienswaardigheden heel dichtbij. Zoals kastelen, middeleeuwse stadcentra en de Edertalsperrmauer. Eigenaar (spreekt naast Duits ook Engels) altijd bereikbaar en behulpzaam. En heel fijn dat de honden meemogen. Er is voor honden een eigen kennel aanwezig. Volgende keer gaan we voor mooi weer, om het zwembad en de barbecue eer aan te doen.

Super gastfreundliche Familie und tolle Lage

Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem Kind und drei Hunden angereist und wissen dass diese Kombination nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir wurden wunderbar empfangen und auch die Kommunikation passte von Anfang an. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten und die Hunde hatten draußen sogar einen eigenen eingezäunten Bereich. Das Ferienhaus liegt super, wir waren schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben uns toll erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Gute Zeit am guten Ort

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag ein gelungener Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus war wie beschrieben, es war alles Vorort, die Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool, beim Tischtennis und mit den Tieren, vor allem die kleinen Kätzchen waren der Hit. Unser Hund hat den Aufenthalt auch sehr grnossen vor allem seinen Auslauf. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, toller Auslauf und Hütte für die Hunde. Kamin mit ausreichend Holz vorhanden. Was schade war, es gab im Hof keinen Parkplatz für mich. Ich musste draußen auf einem stückchen Wiese parken. Da das Wetter nicht so schön war, sah mein Auto (neu) dementsprechend aus. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden

The property has a charm and everything that you need for a relax family holiday with children; a small swimming pool, a large trampoline and even a home ropeway! We enjoyed a fantastic view of hills and had a nice walk around the property. You only have to fight with flies but it is a part of your holiday in countryside. (The house is very clean.) The owner is friendly and always be there to help us. It is located perfect place to visit to Edersee, Bad Wildungen, Fritzlar and also a day trip to Kassel.

Toll für die Kinder

Meine Kinder haben sich neben Pferden, Hunden, Katzen, Muli`s als Nachbarn, einem Trampolin und Poolmitbenutzung sehr gefreut und wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause. Gemütliche Unterkunft, die gut ausgestattet ist und uns ein paar schöne Tage bereitet hat. Außerdem sehr nette und nervenstarke Vermieter, die meine kleinen Frühaufsteher immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt haben ;-)
