This comfortable and spacious holiday rental thanks to its 180 m² is composed as follows: - On the ground floor: a large living room opening onto the terrace and welcoming the living room, the living room and the fitted kitchen. Also on this level: a bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190), a shower room, two separate toilets and a laundry room (with dishwasher). - Upstairs: a mezzanine converted into a small living room, a bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 140 x 190 and 1 bed 160x190 adjustable to 2 x 80), two double bedrooms (2 beds 140 x 190), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside: a large garden in front of the house, a large south/west facing terrace and the 8.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool (accessible from Easter to the end of September and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. in order to maintain the tranquility of the place) . Two private parking spaces. The cottage is composed of a full basement (not accessible) used by the owners who live next to the cottage. In the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, Baden is a town very popular with holidaymakers for its quality of life and its many possibilities for outdoor activities that will delight young and old alike!
