Beautiful, modern house with pool and amazing views of the mountains

This charming three bedroom house with pool in the Tuscan mountains is ideally situated for relaxing, activities or a mixture of both. Spectacular views from all rooms makes this a perfect place to relax and explore. Vico Pancellorum, a medieval village, is a short distance from Bagni di Lucca, Lucca and is accessible from Abetone, Pisa, Florence and The Cinque Terre.

People come from all over to enjoy the very popular village restaurant, Buca di Baldabò.
The space
The house is 3 stories. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor. The bathroom and double room on the second floor and the 2 queen rooms are on the third floor. There is also an addition bathroom in the cellar.

The village of Vico Pancellorum is located only 20 minutes from the historic spa town of Bagni di Lucca. The village is car free, as the cobbled streets are too narrow for vehicles. The house is a short walk (5 minutes) from the car park through cobbled streets going downhill and uphill.

There is a patio that overlooks the mountains and the pool. The terrance and pool area are private. There is plenty of room for children to play, explore and have wonderful adventures in a car free environment.

Guests have full private use of house, balcony, terrace and pool.
Other things to note
From the large car park you will need to walk to the house. After leaving the car park turn right and stay left to walk to the bottom of the hill. At the bottom of the hill turn right into a Piazza with a small church and water fountain on your right. Continue walking with your back to the church down the hill and turn left at a small tunnel (opposite the old jail). Walk through the tunnel and keep following the winding path down. You are now on via Guna – our house will be on your left when you come across some houses set back off the path. Our house is yellow in colour with a tunnel to the right of it and some steps leading down to it.
