At the heart of the Gard Rhodanien region, at the end of a road in a quiet residential area benefiting from the surrounding countryside, this villa is 2.5 km from the town of Bagnols-sur-Cèze. It is an ideal holiday base for exploring the undeniably charming nearby villages, such as Goudargues with its canal, Tavel with its rosé wines, Uzès, the oldest duchy in France, with its famous Saturday morning market...
INSIDE
The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen connecting with well-lit lounge/dining room, owing to its glazed doors, two bedrooms and two shower rooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two singles. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find a bedroom with a double bed looking out on a terrace. A separate toilet completes the facilities.
OUTSIDE
Down at street level, there is covered parking for two vehicles, and space for two more cars on the dead end road. The house is reached lefthand via steps next to the parking area, or from the right by the gate where you can even park the car, and this, to avoid the stairs. The villa stands in an unfenced one-hectare parcel of land and is built up above the street, giving it a beautiful and commanding view of the valley. All around is an enclosed garden of 800 square metres, with all amenities. The swimming pool, with steps and a ledge over the whole width, benefits from a magnificent pool-house with eating area, lounge, summer kitchen with griddle, and a room with a solar-powered shower and a toilet. These facilities will let you relax in a tranquil setting with an unobstructed view.
