This is a lovely European-style hotel with quiet, comfortable rooms and a beautiful breakfast. Check-in was easy and courteous, though the front desk staff could have been more informative about breakfast and other amenities. Though it's not the hotel's fault, a sidewalk in front of the hotel would be appreciated for pedestrians.

Been to Montreal at least 25 times and I will only stay here from now on; it was by far the beat hotel and has the most amazing breakfast! Staff were great and the overall hotel is well decorated. The room was excellent and more than comfortable. Lots of shopping malls around and not far from Old Montreal. Well worth the stay and price for what you get. Like I said, I will inly stay here when visiting Montreal again.

Their breakfast was great! That’s the only positive thing I can say. The room was kinda smelly. All I could smell was corn chips. The staff was also very nice. My other major complaint was the language barrier. How are you in the hotel industry and not speak English? Boggles my mind

Le St Michel was everything i wished for and more ! Clean, beautifully appointed, impeccable breakfast buffet, very helpful staff made our stay absolutely perfect. I will recommend The St Michel to anyone !

This hotel exceeded my expectations, situated conveniently on a vibrant strip with easy access to various attractions. The rooms were generously sized, offering both space and comfort. The hotel to which you would return

This hotel was wonderful and I would stay there again! I recommend it! The hotel is well appointed and beautiful. They rarely make hotels with this kind of ambience. The breakfast was scrumptious and left nothing to be desired. The bed and bed linen was comfortable and cozy as was room temperature. If you like large washroom/bathroom space;you would enjoy it. The frontdesk staff were pleasant and helpful. My only complaint was my room was by the elevator, which meant that at breakfast time I can hear people coming to and from the elevator. In addition, the staff room was next to my room. Therefore, in the morning while staff was getting ready to do their morning task I can hear them at times having loud conversations. That apart I would’ve given all five stars.
