The place is perfect if you want to completely disconnect and experience quiet time in nature. It’s like being put in the middle of a rainforest. All the staff is amazing, with excellent customer service and go above and beyond. Food is great and big portions. They all out did themselves.

Stayed for two nights. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The lodge is situated close to the river which is good for swimming and has it's own forest reserve. We did two very enjoyable guided walks on the reserve with local guides who were extremely knowledgeable. We stayed in the family room which was rather rustic but plenty big enough for a family of four. The main frustration was the cold shower which didn't get fixed despite reporting on the first day. Breakfast was good, dinner is an optional buffet and is not worth it.

Beautiful grounds and property. Extremely helpful staff, fluent in English as our spanish is very elementary. The restaurant is fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The location is in the heart of the city, directly across from what I would call the town square. Highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!
