Room temperature contols did not work. AC on full blast and no ability to adjust it. No blanket for the bed besides the sheet and thin blanket that was described as "the warm blanket." Bed was comfortable and clean. Area around the property did not feel safe.

Staff was very good, room and restroom were clean, dinner is awesome!! Gated parking was very safe. Pool area was really calm and relaxing! My overall experience was great!!! I will surely stay again here with my family. I recommend staying. I enjoyed a lot here!

Upon checking in, the manager proceeded to charge my card again for the room and safety deposit. Even when I showed her that i had already paid thru expedia. She charged my debit and credit card three different times and ended up "providing a refund" twice. Then my bank locked my card because of the suspicious charges. The hotel supposedly had changed its name 7 times prior to becoming a Hilton and the night of our arrival was hosting a biker get together. Upstairs occupants sounds like they were fighting and your could heard screeming outside by the pool early in the morning.

The area was sketchy, drunk/drugged up people. You could hear fighting and yelling coming from outside. The smell of the room was horrible, I noticed it in the hallway but was worse in the room. They said the blankets were in the closet. There was one in a trash bag. When you stay somewhere and don’t feel clean that’s the worse.

This is an interesting place to say the least. I like the fact that it's gated, but when I can't get buzzed in because she's helping other customers, that's frustrating after a 2 hour drive from LA. We just wanted to get into the room and sleep. Instead I had to drive back around to the front and wait in line again. Weird setup. The room was ok. There were no trash cans. The blankets for the beds were in the closet and had weird spots on them. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was extremely pleasant.

This place was horrible. First of all I reserved my room online. A deluxe double room. When i got there to check in the gave my room to someone else 2 hours before i got there. The manager did this and couldn't figure out what she did. Then they were trying to get the people out of the room. I just asked if i could get a different room. After an hour and a half i finally got a room. We got in after 900 miles on the road that day, and the coffee was wasn't cleaned from the last guest. It still had coffee grounds in it. The refrigerator didnt work. The wifi didn't work unless you were in the bathroom. I will never go here again or recommend this hotel. I have stayed in better 2 star motels.

Only one problem, but a big one: they say their beds are queens, but they are doubles. We booked a room with 3 beds for 2 adults and 3 kids, and arrived to discover we only had three twins. We had to book a second room and pay twice as much. They claimed the other rooms were queens, too, but they were not.

This is a large older hotel that has been lovingly refurbished with a lot of nice touches and decor. Breakfast offers a nice menu and that's included in the stay

Has a beautiful court yard and an attached restaurant and bar They offered complimentary dinner and breakfast. The staff that checked me in at 2355 was so gracious about me arriving so late
