Location: 9/10 The hotel is not in the city center, but it’s only a 12–15 minute drive away and absolutely worth it for the comfort and quiet. Rooms: 10/10 The rooms are more like full apartments – huge, spacious, and very well equipped. Extremely comfortable and perfect for families traveling with children. Family-friendly: 10/10 Staying here with kids was a great experience. The large apartment-style rooms made everything easier and more relaxing for the whole family. Staff: 10/10 Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Especially Elvine! Breakfast: 9/10 Good variety, fresh food, and a calm, pleasant atmosphere. Overall experience: 9.5/10 A fantastic option for families visiting Baku. Spacious apartment-style rooms, excellent service, and a location slightly outside the center that’s well worth the short drive. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for more than two months. Last room I stayed in was horrible. AC didn’t work. Also the reception, they think that they’re duty is to make up answers, they give answers to questions no matter it’s wrong or right they just want to give an answer, they don’t want to help, not all of them though.

Clean room, staff went out of their way to make it special for us. specially Sabina from reservation department, Salatine from reception and Chingez from room service, the whole of the restaurant team thank you for making it special for us. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman on reception who collected our luggage from the room. He was very helpful to us and guided us really well. All in all a wonderful hotel and excellent staff would come again.

Great value and excellent customer service. The nice lady at the reception (Salatin) went out of her way to assist us when we turned up at 0500. She was able to do a quick turnaround on an early checkout. Lots of variety at breakfast and the business lunch was a big bang for your buck.

Very nice and posh property. Very courteous staff as well. Breakfast buffet, although a bit pricey, has exceptional spread. There is a good indoor pool but the height is too much. Only negative was that they couldn't give an early checkin despite a child with us.

While located at a small distance from the core of the City, the hotel exceeded my expectations, service, pool, room, balcony and breakfast buffet. With a public bus stop in front of property, there is no need for waiting for the free shuttle to get downtown. 10 minutes and you are at the metro station.

The rooms were very large. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Towels were extra large, which I loved! The location is not close to the old town or shopping or restaurants. Everything required a cab ride. If you are a tourist, probably not the best location to see the sites.

First of all. I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The first 2 days i was in a hot room. I checked out and checked in for another room. And i told them that i want cold one. I enter the new room and it is hotter than the old one. It is bad experience. I don’t like to argue too much about that. Any way. The price is ok. Some of the staffs are really nice but the others are so bad. They talk with you with unknown English and they act nervous if you don’t understand their weak English.
