Stylish villa with large pool and garden in Bale

Situated on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bale, yet only a 5 minute walk from the old town, Villa Flores invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The villa welcomes you in a chic, fresh, airy style. Spread over 140 m² on one level are a spacious, air-conditioned living area with an open kitchen and access to the covered terrace and garden, two air-conditioned bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom (shower/WC), a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed and a guest WC. The two larger bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. All bedrooms are also fitted with fly screens.
The 1500 m² garden, which is surrounded by a typical Istrian stone wall, leaves nothing to be desired. You can spend quiet hours by the pool. The pool can be heated in the cooler months of the year. The BBQ area on the covered terrace is perfect for sociable barbecue evenings, and you can end the day in the cozy atrium.
A high chair, crib and swing are available for our younger guests. Washing machine, iron/ironing board are available. You can park two cars on the property.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Wunderschöne Villa mit gepflegten Garten und Pool

Traumhaus

Wie haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Flores sehr genossen. Das Haus war super sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und hatte eine tolle Ausstattung. Wir haben nichts vermisst, was ja gerade in der Küche manchmal dann doch der Fall ist. Sehr empfehlenswert! Oktober)

Erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist einsame Spitze! Die vorort Betreuung stets in Ruf(Handy)-Bereitschaft. Trotz das es in der Umgebung zu Bauaktivitäten kam waren diese durch die Weitläufigkeit kaum zu hören, auch die Partyveranstaltungen im Haus LAV störten uns auf der anderen Seite der Villa Flora im Atrium uns nicht. Leider sind die Möbel im Außenbereich in die "Jahre" gekommen und sollten ersetzt werden. Auch sind Mückenschutz ein muss.

Tolle Villa

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Flores. Die Villa ist einfach ein Traum, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden und noch dazu der tolle Pool! In Bale waren alle Geschäfte, die man täglich braucht, fußläufig zu erreichen und es gab eine schöne Auswahl an guten Restaurants. Wir kommen sehr gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen!

Ein wunderschönes Haus, dass bestens ausgestattet war mit großem Garten, der Pool (nicht nur für die Kinder) ein Highlight und eine Umgebung, die es zu entdecken lohnt. Istrien, Bale und die Villa Flores haben uns einen tollen Urlaub verleben lassen, der unbedingt eine Fortsetzung verlangt. 🤗

Traumvilla mit super Ausstattung, gepflegten Garten und schönem Pool

Wir hatten einen total entspannten Urlaub, mit guter Betreuung und einem Traumferienhaus. Viel Platz, Outddoorküche mit extra Kühlschrank schöne Schlafzimmer mit Bad und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Bale in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar mit netten Lokalen und einem gut sortierten Supermarkt. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch, dass wir den Strand am Campingplatz mitnutzen konnten. Man bekommt eine Chipkarte und kann dadurch auf einem großen Parkplatz nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt parken.Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen... Um den Pool im Herbst zu nutzen, muss man allerdings schon etwas abgehärtet sein ;-)

Tolles Ferienhaus am Ortsrand von Bale

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Flores. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man in Bale, wo es einige Restaurants gibt. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gut zu erreichen. Dieses charmante Ferienhaus können wir nur empfehlen. Auch der Umgang mit der Agentur vor Ort (Herr Bissi) war tadellos.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir hatten wundervolle 14 Tage in dieser Villa. Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar scharfe Messer. Der Pool ist super und die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Unkomplizierter Umgang mit der Agentur von Hr. Bissi Vorort. Der Check In war auf Anfrage schon um 13.00 Uhr möglich. Für den kurzfristigen Besuch einer Freundin unserer Tochter erhielten wir nochmal Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen und ein paar Restaurants leicht zu erreichen. Also diese Villa kann man nur empfehlen.

Villa und Ort waren sehr schön gelegen. Super Entfernung nach Rovinj und zum Strand

Haus war in gutem Zustand. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Einzig die Türen zu den Zimmern schließen nicht richtig und das Sonnensegel kratzt an der Regenrinne, was bei Wind in der Nacht laut werden kann. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt! Vor allem wenn im kommenden Jahr der Rasen im Garten vorhanden ist.
