Overlooking the beautiful Shelly Beach, this wonderful two-bedroom apartment has spectacular oceanfront views, stylish furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. Only a short stroll to the beach and Shelly Beach café, which dishes up excellent food, this apartment is ideally located for a relaxing holiday.Wake up each morning to a waterfront breeze and the sound of the ocean rolling through the apartment. Surf, Sea and Sand has its own private balcony, modern kitchen with dishwasher and a BBQ.

The main bedroom, with sweeping ocean views, has a queen ensemble and the second bedroom has a double ensemble. The sparkling bathroom doubles as a laundry, with its own washer and dryer, and the lounge and dining area have almost 360 degree views of the ocean.

The apartment is a short walk to the beach and the many walking and bike trails that East Ballina has on offer. There are also some excellent cafes in the neighbourhood and the main town of Ballina is just a short five minute drive away.

Great location, so easy to walk over to the beach. Fantastic view's from the balcony and inside the apartment. Very clean and tidy unit with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

This apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and overlooks the beautiful Shelly Beach. It's only a stone throw (literally) from the sand. On site parking is easy, and the host (real estate agent) was very responsive. Unfortunately aspects of the apartment are showing their age, which is why I've offered a lower rating than normal. The TV was in desperate need of replacing (picture was terrible). Located a 5 minute drive outside of Ballina suited us. Lennox Head is stunning nearby town (15 minute drive) and would be my recommendation for those looking for a more typical beachside holiday destination. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay.

Property was not stocked, in terms of kitchen and bathroom stuff, teabags napkins, coffee etc. No tissues or shower soap, reading light in main bedroom no t working. No written instructions for anything. Very prompt to response from Elenora! Thankyou.

Really clean, comfortable modern unit with a stunning view. The unit was really well equipped and in a great spot for little trips around the Ballina area.
