Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Check out is before 11 am. Remember to leave the Key fob on the kitchen island as there's $150 replacement fee for a lost key fob.
Ensure all lights, electronic devices, and appliances are turned off before departing. Secure all doors and windows before leaving the premises.

Room good, Building needs maintenance

Room was modestly equipped. Weather was chilly but the building had turned off all central heating so we used a space heater. That was an indication of things to come. Very poor building maintenance. Door handles nearly falling off, cost savings everywhere. Climax was an emergency evacuation due to a building water leak. There was still standing water in the basement garage entrance days after the leak was stopped. Host was pleasant and very responsive but a lot of issues are due to the building management. On the plus side, the location is excellent.
