Decent experience

The staff who checked me in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I wass expecting more from the grab & go breakfast. The bathroom area was short of expectation. The location is great....overall a decent experience

Terrible service, dirty, smelly, but i saved $10.

It was difficult to find help at the front desk. We could often hear voices in back, but it took forever before we saw a person. No daily towels, cleaning, trash, etc. I was told that we could haul our trash outside if it is full. Barely any food food for breakfast. There were two granola bars on a shelf, coffee, and hot water. No water, juice, nothing...... The hallways and room had an unpleasant odor.

Not good!

The place looked terrible, the counter was old with cigarette burns in the kitchen, cabinets were in very bad shape. The pullout bed spring was broken, my friends had to sleep in incline due to the mattress having no support at the end of bed. It was late, so we waited to tell the front desk in the morning. The bathroom did not look clean at all.

We left early. We tried to get another hotel but all were booked up. The room deplorable. Dirty. Cups were used. Shower rod broken from the wall and a safety hazard. The bed was barely a full size and not a twin. Floor was sticky. Asking for a refund.

Had to stay on short notice because of an issue and this was only place available in the area. The hotel is incredibly old, had horrendous odor. Lights did not work in room. There were roaches in the kitchen area. Desk attendant was super helpful given circumstances. Would not recommend stay if other places are available.

I should have read the reviews!!!!!! I needed a place to shower and nap between events I had planned in the area. Check in went okay because on the day of my reservation I was told that there were only 2 housekeepers on staff, and my room may not be available. Once checked in and getting into my room, I discovered that the laminate on bathroom wall was discolored, black/gray stains on the towels and a stain on the sheets. I didn’t complain to the staff as I had no plans of staying overnight. I am grateful that I had shower shoes & that I didn’t NEED to use the linens. The positives are that the parking is convenient, the location is close to shopping, restaurants and other activities, and the price is competitive.

There was TV was broken, bathroom door would not easily open from the inside. Cockroach in the kitchen, Cockroach by the bathroom and bed. I found lot of object under the bed (shoes, plastic bag, lids of botter) I was very disappointed and could not stay in such nasty and dirty room I requested a refound so I Went to different hotel in the middle of night with my all family. The Strange thing was that the staff hotel at the reception was shocked to learned that I was given Room 206. According to her the room is known to have cockroach and dirty. Very bad experience for me and my family. I would not recoomand any to booked at Extended Stay America Suites Columbia Columbia Corporate Pk

The first room I was assigned had a rusted bathtub, smelled, and had damaged walls and worn out finishing on the tub. The bottom of the tub had holes with rust, and was discolored or dirty. I couldn’t believe they were actually charging money for this room. I complained and was given another room which was only slightly better. The bathtub was missing the stopper in the tub and was discolored. The toilet paper holder was broken so toilet paper was kept on the back of the tub. The door was cracked. The floor was so dirty that after I showered and picked up the bathmat it was brown on the side that faced the floor. Shame on the hotel and shame on Expedia for representing them. This is the 2nd time in a row I’ve booked a hotel through Expedia and been deeply disappointed and infuriated.

One room had a dirty bathroom still. The AC went out on the final night in The other room. There was either no sound deadening between floors or there was a pack of elephants in the room above us. The room with the broken AC didn’t have a phone, trash cans, desk chair or coffee table like the other room. The rooms didn’t match the pictures. The only plus was the location to our event.
