Took at least 10 minutes of shower running to get warm water. Ceiling in the bathroom had obvious leaking and not repaired, drywall falling down. Definitely need to fix that.

This hotel was fabulous! They picked us up from the airport, there was a snafu between hotels.com and the hotel, but they made it right. They have a driver that brings you to locations nearby. Breakfast had hearty options. They gave us a great referral to get to the port. The beds were comfortable.

I stayed for just one night. My room was clean & comfortable. There was a problem with getting hot water for shower. It was tepid at best. The desk clerk was not welcoming and seemed irritated at being asked to do her job. I do appreciate that La Quinta uses proper bed linens instead of the microfiber sheets that most other hotel chains use.

I was In town for business and I always try to book at LA Quinta inn bwi because the staff is so impecable and impressive they will stop at nothing to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible!
