The airport shuttle to the hotel took almost ann hour to pickup. That is my only complaint. Everything else was as stated. Breakfast was good. Front desk was polite. You can't beat the value of this hotel

Room outdated plus rude staff not compassionate; while I served a second cup of HOT coffee the bottom of the cup bursted fell apart from the bottom all the hot coffee splashed on my body wet all my clothes. It was awful then I explained to front desk sent a kitchen staff member to check on me to clean up she wanted me to clean up the mess. This can easily be a lawsuit. I was so disappointed of the treatment.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and when I asked the house keeping staff for anything extra that I'd run out of they were quick and promptly got me the items I requested. I loved the variety of the food that were offered for breakfast. Also very quiet and peaceful. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.
