I waited hours before I was able to get it touch with host. Actually Vrbo managed to contact host who finally sent someone over to give me access to an apartment. The apartment was nothing like it was described. In fact it was in another building several blocks away. I purposely did not want carpeting (I have terrible alergies) which is why I selected this VIVO apartment. The apartment I got was not even in the same building and all the rooms except the kitchen and bathroom were carperted. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't get to stay

I wish I'd gotten to stay here. No check in instructions by the morning of my reservation so I messaged the host. 6 hours later he responded that it had been cancelled 5 days ago. Still showed as booked and confirmed on my end. I told him this and asked for proof of the cancellation. He quit responding. VRBO rep called him and he claimed there was a plumbing issues which he never mentioned to me. VRBO cancelled the booking, refunded me, and I had to find other accomodations. Building looked nice from the outside. Convenient location. Free parking would've been nice. Building did not appear to have any outdoor spaces as the listing states. Not sure if this apartment exists or not.
