I paid for a late check out (1pm) but was woken up by housekeeping at 11am asking if I was checking out and a second housekeeper knocked half hour later asking tyne same question. Other than that, Everything was perfect.

Asked for a bittom floor as I hve bad knees, byt the front dedk orsin said none were available, yet tge hotel was pretty empty. As put on the thir floor at almost the end on the row. A long walk tothe elevator. Not the greatest service experience.
