crap hotel and staff

This place was horrible. It was next to some club and people wandering around drugged up. In my res, I stated that I need to be close to elevator with very little walking. I wear braces on both knees. We were put the farthest away from the elevator on the back side of the building.on the 2nd floor. Paid $25 for non-smoking deposit. Got to the room and it smelled like an ashtray I also have COPD. Called the desk immediately and were told there was no other room. My husband went to move the car closer for me and in under 2 minutes, the front desk called back to say I better get our of the room or I'd be charged. Went back to desk and when I asked about refund, I was told I had to go back to where I booked it. Ok. I immediately called bc I wanted to be sure I got my refund. As I'm waitng for the phone to be answered, the woman behind the desk told me to leave . that I could do my phone call somewhere else bc our business was done. I also remember somethign about breakfast but all I saw was a coffee pot. total misrepresentation and beyond discourteous.

For the price of the rooms outrageous for a hotel that does not serve hot breakfast. Other hotels include hot breakfast for the price that you’re paying to stay that location for any other hotels that are charging that much for one night serve hot breakfast not to go breakfast

It’s a motel

The had been recently remodeled, but despite that, the front door, which led straight to the parking lot (motel style) was so bent out of shape that it let in headlamp light and winter cold air — bent out of shape as though someone from outside had been kicking it. Other than that, it was a decently appointed room.
