Fantastic hotel, comfortable rooms, very easy access to the Metro and airport terminals. Very considerate to make travelling easier is access to the pool and showers are available after check out if you have a later flight. I will always book here when travelling through Singapore.

Crowne Plaza Changi was an absolute delight and far exceeded our expectations. The location could not be more convenient. Once we collected our luggage, it was barely a minute’s walk to the hotel, which made it perfect for our group arriving from Seoul, Sydney, and Delhi at all hours of the evening and late night. We stayed a couple of nights before boarding a cruise and it worked perfectly for everyone. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed with spacious, well designed rooms that were a pleasure to relax in. The bar was fantastic, stocked with an impressive selection of top shelf spirits, and we had such a fun time sharing drinks, laughter, and long conversations. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide spread with dishes from different cuisines, which was exactly what we needed after a long travel night. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and on point, making the entire stay feel effortless. Everything was smooth, easy, and thoughtfully handled from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. Loved it.

Room was clean and quite nice. I am a heavy sleeper, so this didn't bother me, but there was noticeable noise from aircraft. Obviously, this hotel is at the airport, so this should be a bit of a given. I would suggest, though, if you are a light sleeper, you bring ear plugs or something to combat the noise.

Stayed in the new jewel wing 2 nights 10/23 -10/24. Excellent stay. Beautiful room and convenient. Stayed 2 nights 11/2-11/4. Old side which was run down, noisy, more like a motel but for the same price which doesn’t seem right. Would definitely ask for the jewel tower.

The room was clean and smelled so good! The front staff were super nice. I loved the body wash and shower gel that was in the bathroom. We only stayed here for one night, but I would love to come back. I would highly recommend.
