The hotel is pleasant but very remote and not served well by public transit. I picked it because it had an airport shuttle. But it turns out it only runs every two hours. And it starts at 8 am. So to make my flight I had to book a taxi. Also breakfast was not open very early. My room was mostly clean except for some hair. The bathtub and sink need renovation. There was only non-dairy creamer. No milk. But the front desk provided some.

Room was big with a desk and a queen bed and large tv, had a tub with hot water to relax from a long travel, the bed was soft as well as the pillows and linen. Free water was available in the gym that was nice also and the aircon was on when i entered the room so that was a plus for me. The rooftop had a nice pool and a bar with two nice gentlemen waiting to serve you. I had a nice welcoming at the front desk also the cleaning personal were helpful and friendly you get free shuttle bus service from the airport the driver was very nice and on time with the schedule for pickup. I think if they had a little snack or gift shop would of been great.overall i had a nice experience at vhc in changi and the hotel is less then 30 minutes from the airport.

Needed a room for a one night stopover in Singapore and the Village Hotel Changi was a great option. It was 20 minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle service from the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable; the staff was gracious and helpful. It was a 20 minute taxi ride to Gardens on the Bay in the city. Added bonus was the rooftop swimming pool with views of the bay. And the price was quite reasonable,

This facility is tired and has seen better days. The description was misleading. Even with airport shuttle this was not very close or convenient. Shuttle ride was 40 minutes with limited hours. Early shuttle doesn’t depart until 8:00 AM. Staff were professional.

I reserved 1 room with two twin beds but upon check in the staff said there is no room with 2 twin beds and upgrade would cost SGD $70. I showed him my reservation which clearly says two twin beds. All of the sudden, there is a room with two twin beds available!!!! Be aware!

The room was okay, but tired. The staff could have been better. Rather slow during check-in even though I checked in online. The whole hotel needs a refresh. Unfortunately, you do not have a decent restaurant where the prices are not way too expensive. The bar area should have a standard limited menu that is available during the day. If it did, then perhaps you would have more than one person in there during prime time.
