You are going to love this newly constructed luxury home located just 1 mile from Bandon Dunes Golf Course. With 6 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms, there is plenty of room for large groups, all on a private 5 acre lot.
There is over 1800 sq feet of covered outdoor living space that surrounds a 1600 sq foot putting green. The hot tub and sauna are located in this covered area. In addition to the bedrooms, we have a large gourmet kitchen and island, dining room that seats 14, and a family room large enough for everyone to be together.
And finally......a golf simulator room, with seating so you can watch all the action until it's your turn.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and felt instantly welcoming. Every detail was so thoughtfully considered, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The location was ideal—convenient yet peaceful—and our host was outstanding: responsive, friendly, and attentive to every need. We truly can’t recommend this place highly enough and would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
