The staff is really welcoming and generously answer all the questions asked. We were upgraded to king suite and it was really cozy, warm and clean plus we had fridge, private bathroom/washroom, coffee maker, hot water kettle, mugs, coffees and two television. We had a living room. Everything was great. The stay here also offers- spa, hot tub, steam to in their sisters' lodge just down the street.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable room with easy accommodation's for our Chihuahua. Bathroom was large and clean with a lovely bathtub and big shower - and the beds were so comfortable! Definitely one of the better spots to stay at in Banff.
