Overall a really nice property, the hot tubs were a great amenity. The layout of the room was a bit odd, the entrance door was immediately next to the bed which wasn’t ideal. The ventilation system in the room was extremely loud overnight. A bit far from downtown but it was nice that the hotel offered Roam bus tickets. Would consider staying again in the summer when it’s warmer so walking is an option.

I was pleased with my stay at Hotel Canoe! The check in process was quick and easy. Complimentary tea, coffee and bus passes were offered during check in. I found the staff to be very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The coffee at Sudden Sally’s was excellent and I will now crave it daily! The outdoor heated pool was amazing after a day of hiking/skiing. The overall appearance and esthetic of the hotel is pleasing and exceptionally clean. I did find it somewhat tricky to park a larger vehicle and the beds/pillows to be a little on the uncomfortable side. However, these would not prevent me from staying here again, as the pros very much outweigh the two minor cons! I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Each room should have enough and complete basic toiletries and atleast a complimentary bottled water. floor in the hot tub pool is way too cold, rooms don't have a hotel guest slippers. Exhaust fan is not working in the room. Nevertheless, hotel itself is beautiful and clean just needed more improvement and could maybe add a gym amenity since the hotel is way too big to hold for a guests.

Our stay was amazing! The room and hot tub area is incredible. The only feedback we had was that there were almost no towels available at the pool even in the morning and the towels always seemed to pile up in the towel return area.

Staff were all amazing, loved the pour over coffee. Only negative was the TV, as you can’t cast to it or buy any movies on it. We really wanted to watch a movie but had to stick to whatever was on the guide.
