Highly recommend. If I return to Banff, will definitely stay at Otter again. If you have a lot of luggage, space in the room is a bit tight, but not a deal breaker still. Overall had a great experience.

Civic Holiday weekend excursion to Banff brought us to this hotel. Overall good but as vegetarians, there were zero options for us. With the hotel just at the entry of Banff Ave, it was a task looking for viable options. But overall, we enjoyed our trip!

Gorgeous hotel. Outdoor sauna and hot tubs such a nice bonus. Personalized coffee for rooms was delightful. Staff very helpful even with an ac unit that didn’t work well. Clean newer hotel. Great restaurant on site and cafe next door. On bus line. A bit far from downtown.
