The property is located directly on Banff ave and is walking distance to shops and restaurants. We also received a bus pass for the duration of our stay- which made for easy access when we didn’t want to walk. We were a bit surprised that we couldn’t use the bar at the hotel until after 4pm, and that coffee wasn’t available until after 6:30am. We were staying in Banff to hike and were often leaving at 5:30 or 6 am.

The room was clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We had a balcony with a mountain view, however it was on the side of the building. So we couldn't see as much of the mountain as expected. The door are very thin and you could see light through then. Also, you could hear people in the hallway. Not great for a light sleeper. Overall we would stay there again.

Right on the ROAM Transit route this modern hotel had excellent food, nice rooms and helpful staff. I definitely would recommend it. The extra touch of choices at check in of freshly ground coffee to use in your room’s pour over and type of tea bags was a unique touch

Incredibly clean, wonderfully comfortable bed, not noisy, and really helpful staff. The bus is close by to and from downtown easily, but we often enjoyed the 15 min walk to and after dinner back to the hotel.

This was a great property. Love the Sudden Sally restaurant and the hot tubs. The free roam transportation tickets were great with the stop right at the hotel. Free parking allowed us to park our car the entire stay and use the public transportation to get everywhere we wanted with extreme ease.

The view was very lacking for what was advertised. Our balcony faced the back side of the grease collection. Otherwise was clean comfortable but very small. The facilities were very nice just our room was disappointing.

This hotel was not for me. Very basic. It would have been nice if they had a bellman, mini refrigerator, more room in the bathroom for toiletries. We had to bring the small end table from our balcony into the room because there was no place to put a glass or iPad, etc. The elevators were the worse. Like waiting up to 3 to 4 minutes? On the plus side, I liked our Mountain View, the rain shower and the black out shades.
