This was a great hotel option when flying out of DMK. Room was clean and staff very friendly. Laundry for guests A . Room was quiet and roomy. Would definitely stay here again. The area is walkable but not much to do.

Fantasy!!!

Absolutely brilliant hotel. The pictures are accurate and the hotel even better than it looks. Family suite was massive and had 2 bathrooms- is more like an apartment. Breakfast was ok. Unbelievable value and wish I had booked for longer than one night.

Hotel shuttle

The airport shuttle schedule was not mentioned during check-ins that the last one was at noon. The only reason i booked was for shuttle transfer to the don mueang airport. They only offered for drop off only. Getting to their hotel you're on you're own. I find it strange because there are many flights going out each day & this hotel stopped their shuttle service at noon.

Room floor is dirty. Dust and hair everywhere. Bed is super hard, not comfortable, cannot sleep well. Stain on bed sheet, not sure what it is. Breakfast is average, got Japanese and Thai. Bathroom is really small.

Excellent room & breakfast, close to DMK airport.

Excellent hotel close to DMK airport. Check-in was quick, easy and friendly. Room had everything you need, is a great value for price, and the breakfast buffet was terrific with many different options. Free shuttle from hotel to airport (no airport pickup with hotel shuttle but it’s only about $3 for taxi). I’ve stayed here several times now and it’s been excellent every time.

Checks all the boxes

The hotel is superb and provided an end to end experience that checked all the boxes. From the moment you walk in, you'll notice the large lobby which is the most comfortable and peaceful I've seen, worldwide. The front desk staff are exceptional and have brilliant customer service skills. For a high volume hotel with often demanding guests they deserve accolades. The rooms are spotless and well designed, modern comforts and amenities that are integrated and seemingly everywhere only add the the relaxation. Another standout is the hotel's gym, the best I've seen at a hotel in Bangkok. Based on this alone the hotel is worth staying in. Finally, I want to thank all the hotel staff for their collaboration, I highly recommend staying here it has everything I needed or wanted.

Perfect place to stay near airport for domestic flights. Top notch and inexpensive. Not much to do around the neighborhood but really convenient for the DMK airport. Nice Japanese restaurant on the premises.

Very good at cleanliness and bellboy are very helpful to carry our luggage as soon as we get into the hotel. Walking distance to the convenient store. But far away from the tourist places or malls. I suggest to the front desk stuff that would tell right away to their guests if want to use the shuttle van and the availability of shuttle drop off date and time because there is just limited guest could able to accommodate. I missed the oppurtunity to take the shuttle van cause there is none slot to the time i want to i should’ve asked when the time i check in.
