Not a great hotel. Beware.
The room itself was clean and ok. The hotel is Super noisy. I think one of the guests let their kids play in the hall at 11 pm. Lots of doors slamming through out the night. It was tough to get good sleep here. Internet was slow and intermittent at times. It was hard to work online. The worst thing about this hotel was the tea and coffee in the lobby. It was very bad. So bad that many people were leaving it un finished on the tables in the lobby. Also, I had to wait 15 minutes to check out because they want to check the room first. Not good if you’re on a hurry to get to the airport. Beware. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I think I was tricked as this hotel has great reviews.
Junichi, the restaurant in this hotel, provided Thai and Japanese breakfast for 295 THB. It is good. When we checked out, receptionist deduct 295 from 1000 THB deposit. So, you need cash to make the deposit. When we checked in, the receptionist gave us 100 THB voucher which we could use at hotel bar. Next morning, one of us used it for a coffee and sandwich set of 98 THB value instead of breakfast buffet. Rest of us used it for coconut juice of 100 THB value.
The hotel provides shuttle bus service to the metro station of Don Mueang Airport. It is over 550 THB a person, which is more expensive than a grab car service of 180 THB.
In terms of room, I felt something crawling in bed. So, I could not sleep well.
Clean facilities. Bedsheets were clean. The staff were a little slow due to many other guests checking in at night. The room was big and everything else was pleasant. Would stay here again.
Good stay. I was transiting thought Bangkok so just needed a bed. Well kept. Friendly staff. Recommended

The facility was clean and nice, but the bathroom was very small and had black mold on the ceiling in the shower stall. The area around the hotel was walkable and great shopping and restaurants.
This was my second time staying at this property while visiting family in Thailand. The room was quiet and very clean, with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The buffet breakfast was nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable for what you get. The location is also great—there are plenty of street food stalls and Thai massage places nearby. My only minor comment is that the shower is a bit small and doesn’t have a screen door, so water splashes onto the bathroom floor.
Cons
The location is too far from Bangkok, so I had to spend around 45 minutes to an hour each day just to get into the city, which also ended up costing quite a bit of money. The Bangkok airport is also far from the hotel.
The hotel uses the room key card to activate the air conditioning and lights, but the room had a terrible odor until the AC started running. Additionally, the hotel reuses key cards. I was given a used, worn-out key—just one. Unfortunately, I lost it, and the manager wanted to charge me 1,000 Baht (about 35 USD) for a plastic card that likely costs only a few dollars. This fee felt excessive and unreasonable. Eventually, I was charged 17 USD, which still seemed unfair.
They don’t inform guests that the deposit will be used for such charges—they simply keep the money without proper communication. I wasn’t given a receipt for the charge; the hotel kept both the deposit and the receipt.
Pros
Most of the staff are nice and kind. The restaurant is good as well.
