Nice New Hotel

This hotel deserves its excellent rating. It is modern and extremely clean. The rooms are a nice size and well laid out. The bed and bedding are luxurious. Breakfast is quite good. The Carlton is in an excellent location. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Special kudos to Mr. Title, the concierge, who provided excellent, efficient and effective services. The buffet breakfast has all the items anyone could need for breakfast/lunch. The rooms are spacious, with quality bedding and bathroom amenities. Located across the street from EMSphere and near the best malls for shopping.

We have stayed in many hotels and honestly the staff, cleanness and the services here were top notch! Have nothing to say except THANK YOU for making it great stay for us as it was our anniversary and wife bday present. very friendly staff and room was cleaned daily without even us asking for it. and when i say clean not just regular cleaning services you see, they would fold your cloths and go through the whole thing kinda services daily. honestly amazing and the location to everything was walkable.
