Everything was excellent except the one time we wanted to lay by the pool one afternoon there was no sunbeds.The size of the hotel for the amount of sunbeds is crazy! 20 beds and 4 cabanas, there is space to add more beds! Pool staff very good and helpful they did eventually let us know 2 beds were free.

The staff were absolutely incredible, never said no and was always available no matter what, I cannot praise this hotel enough, its well worth the extra money, if your coming to Bangkok this is the only choice that should be on your list. We stayed in room 3113 and I would highly recommend anyone ask for a room on that side of the building, maybe ask them before booking which side that is and kindly ask for the same, the higher the better, the view from your room will blow your mind. Thank you to everyone at The Carlton. Clean, Professional, Comfy. An unforgettable experience.
