The room was clean and spacious ,but very noisy from hallway especially when people closing doors, depending on room and floors location noisy from traffic below, the staff is excellent always helpful the breakfast is the best of all the hotels we've been to on our vacation!

We can't say enough about this hotel. The staff was beyond courteous. Our room was kept so very clean and the young lady and young man that cleaned our room were so good and polite. The guy that attended the elevator everyday was wonderful. He actually knew our floor number. The breakfast attendants were great. The food was great. The guest services was great. My niece lost her wallet in the lobby and we were so nervous and front desk found it and held it for her. Wow!! That did it for us. How grateful we were. The guys at the front were terrific. The location was great. The hotel was beautiful as well as the amenities. It was close to the train station and the pier as well as food and the connected to the mall. We loved our room with the big balcony. Everything was wonderful. Thanks so much to everyone for making our stay a terrific one!! There was always a smile on the face of the staff.

Great central location. The Bangrak street food market is right next door with some excellent vendors. The pool area gets busy and there are not enough lounge chairs. Also you cannot order any alcoholic beverages at the pool area (in case you were hoping to have a nice cool one at the pool). Rooms are very large, well kept, and clean. Elevators are slow and only 2 for the whole hotel. Overall we still loved our stay there.

We stayed in one if not the biggest two bedroom unit that they have. This thing was spacious. Generous living space, kitchen space and the bedrooms are also pretty big and also has a slice of Riverview. You can see the ICONSIam from your living room window. The staff were great, the property is clean. No complaints whatsoever. This will now be my go-to hotel every time I stay in Bangkok Arthur was the concierge that helped us. He was also in itself quite amazing. Very calm and pleasant to deal with. Because of this experience, we decided to go back to Bangkok for the last couple days of our trip. We will be back on January 16th to 18th. Once again toenjoy Center Plus Siloms staff and hospitality...and to do more shopping.

Staff was warm and welcoming. Loved being so close to the Sathorn pier and the train! We enjoyed our time! Floors and countertops could have been a little cleaner. The closet door wouldn’t shut therefore the light would remain on. Not a deal breaker. Having the mall on the bottom floor was cool.
