I was pleasantly impressed by my whole experience. The friendly staff from the bell boy, reception desk, and housekeeping, were simply wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. All amenities worked as they should-Shower temperature was to adjust, toiletries well-stocked, heated toilet seat and automatic bidet with adjustable controls, pillows and blankets were comfortable, well-stocked bottled water and kitchen, fridge was cold, there’s an all-in-one washer and dryer, convenient location for transportation, lots of dining options close by and also hotel has their own as well, connected to a mall that has money changer and another money changer across the street that closes later. Best decision to stay here and I’ll be staying here again when I return to Bangkok.

Totally recommend staying at this hotel..River view from 22nd Floor where I stayed excellent. Staff great, lift staff, security, concierge greeting at front of hotel. Everything friendly. Rooms nice enough size, shower cubicle and separate bath. Kitchen, dining table. Balcony really nice. Only one minor negative. In both doorways from bedroom to bathroom three inch step across doorframe. Would not stop me staying there again. Big Thank You To Staff.

Lovely hotel, pristine, top notch and so convenient in many ways. It was also right on top of a shopping centre and a food hall, so spoilt for choice!

Great stay for a first time visit to Thailand. Great big room with bidet, huge breakfast selection and convenient location. Easy to cross under the bridge to make it to the water taxi on the river. Everyone's friendly and very helpful. 2 Elevators take some time but they are working on a 3rd one to open soon. Attached to a grocery store downstairs with many eating options inside and around the building. Easy for grab drivers to find and drive up to. Highly recommend this hotel!!
