Property is amazing, but their check-in process is the worst I’ve ever had!! It is so unorganized!! They took our bags and told us to come back at 3:00. Finally got a key at 3:40. Our bags were delivered over an hour later, after multiple calls and going back to the check-in counter. We missed being able to use the pool after all of this. Checkout was very similar! Will never return!

Finest hotel in Bangkok! Excellent service, best view overlooking the park. Beautiful food, details in the suite were best I have ever seen. Every detail was top of the line. We had a corner suite with executive club. The Club breakfast, tea time, pool and roof top bar were 5 star +. Had BEST stay. Would love to stay again. Wish it was closer to Hawaii.
