Great services especially in its onsite Spa, Let's relax. But I would recommend the management to consider offer some executive benefits, like lounge access or private gym or yoga sessions, especially considering this is a hotel located in the heart of the Thai business/financial district. Many people check in here are for business.

Beautiful hotel and excellent services provided by the staff. My teenage boys said that this was the best hotel they ever stayed at! Also, it was so convenient to have a washing machine in the room! Location was close to shopping and restaurants.

Average service but great location

The hotel is decent but not what I would expect from a 5*. No reply to my messages, no electricity for an entire day and I only discovered it when I checked-in (no prior warning or message). The ironing board they gave me was very old and not flat... Room is spacious and clean. They gave me a high floor room and the view was great. Breakfast is good. Location is great

It was good everything was excellent the food was good everything the only problem underneath the bed they were roaches cockroach I killed about four roaches and I shown to front desk and they did they move me out of their room they give me another room but they didn't come to say nothing actually that I want to extend it for a few hours the last check out date and they told me that I had to pay 50% so about $60 I extra stay extended stand it for a few hours 60 to $75 extended for a few hours so I'm not satisfied and even though I'm going to call Expedia explain the situation how about what I found in the room my email Alberto Maya the number to@gmail.com my phone number 773-454-7576

Nice hotel - but no bar no alcahol !

Good location, excellent accommodation and restaurant, not so good, water was luke warm, not good for a shower. My biggest issue was being told there was no bar or alcohol! This is not mentioned on their website, I'm sure that is done deliberately as this would put off many customers.

The hotel has wonderful service. We had a bit of a hiccup the night we checked in (our plane was delayed so we got in a bit late) - the room power didn't turn on and the staff just told us we put the keycard in wrongly - we didn't, all the power was out in the room, including the doorbell. Anyway he swapped rooms for us and we had no further issues. Staff on the second and third day were absolutely wonderful and made up for the poor service during check in. Staff on the final day assisted us in organising pickup/delivery of a package, and told us it was all part of the service. 100% will be coming back here again, it's walking distance to convenient trains, shopping and more importantly - really good food. Thank you!
