Value for money. Hotel located on small side st.

Good location. Nearby good street food restaurants. 10 min walk to river city/ pier. Located on a small side street. May seem dingy but looked like it is common area for locals, if you enjoy cultural local scenes. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable.

The property looks well kept. The room is clean and the staff is very responsive. Unfortunately, we did not like the location of the hotel. There are very narrow streets leading into the property. We did not have time to walk around the area. We are not sure if it is safe.

The hotel is fine and modern. But the area around the hotel is old and dirty, the garbage is full with rats in the evening. Not much to see, you have to walk a lot.
