Good budget hotel. Pros: Has an elevator. Seperate wet and dry sections of bathroom and hot water. Good shower pressure. Shopping center within walking distance. Short drive to nearest BTS station. Able to store luggage after checkout. Supplied 2 bottles of water each day. Note that they are glass bottles which are not allowed to leave the room. If you have your own refillable water bottle though you can fill it up with these. Good air conditioning. A little balcony. 24 hour reception. Cons: No hand soap in room, told to use shower gel No kettle in room. There is hot water downstairs, did not see if there was coffee and tea with it. Not within easy walking distance of BTS, but sufficient drivers nearby to get you there. Overall a pleasant stay.

Just one shortcoming

We'd cleared the payment beforehand online, but still they took 1000 bht deposit at check-in. If you are going home to your own country right after checking out from this hotel, the given-back 1000 bht is likely to remain in your wallet almost unused. I wish they had some other, better way to insure against damages. Otherwise, the stay was nice and comfortable enough, with a lively neighborhood around.

Short trip, affordable place with lots of street food and night market. However, when booking it said that the room had a separate living room and bedroom. But when we checked in, it was just one single room, disappointed.

Staff tried to get an extra 500 BHT from me.

Staff tried to get an extra 500 BHT from me, called a key charge. Had to argue with them that booking price was all inclusive. They tried to say there is disclosure on booking that there may be extra charges. 500 baht is only 15 dollars but it is the point of the matter. After arguing with them and threatening to call cheap tickets and tell them of the bait and switch, they finally waived their "key charge".

Pretty comfortable hotel

Confirmation email read "can request microwave oven". I asked for one, but to no avail. The room was clean and in good condition, the AC was quiet and worked well. Location is very good if you need to go to Ram university. Close to big supermarkets, some smaller malls and a movie theatre. The main road is not a nice place to walk though. Incredibly hot and congested with street stalls. There is a water bus not far from the hotel, offering a quick route to the center of the city via the sewer like canal. If you ride it, a face mask might be a good idea since some spray is inevitable. The hotel is also a short bus ride away from an Airport rail link station, connecting to the skytrain and metro lines.

Good location

Main reason to chose the hotel was proximity to Suvanabhumi airport, took just a ride of 17 minutes in the early morning. Just a few minutes walk to the Ramkhamhaeng shopping mall with plenty of great restaurants. Kind and helpful service.

Convenient for National Stadium

This hotel was better than anticipated, great staff, comfortable, clean and well equipped rooms. However we were disappointed with the breakfast offered and felt they should be more creative and offer more hot fresh foods, the fried eggs for example were kept far too long! But the hotel definitely offered good value for money.
