Disappointing stay – not relaxing at all If you’re after a peaceful holiday, this isn’t the place. The resort is full of families and screaming kids — don’t expect to quietly relax by the pool. The walls are paper thin; we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms, including intimate moments, which was incredibly uncomfortable. We were kept up late by noisy children (starting around 9pm) and a loud fight at the on-site Mexican restaurant that went on till 10:30pm. On top of that, the staff’s English was very limited, making communication difficult — unclear and frustrating Overall, we left feeling exhausted rather than rested.

This hotel is located in a great area of the city (Sukhumvit) which is vibrant, many shopping malls around walking distance, restaurants and very walkable. It has spacious rooms, if you are traveling with kids it's an excellent choice because it has a fun outdoor pool area for them. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily by house keeping staff. The only comment is that it is a bit far from touristic destinations such as Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the river, Icon Siam. You will need to catch a Grab to get there and traffic can be an issue. However, metro station is pretty near if you want to go around in public transportation. Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant stay. They were welcoming and courteous during all our stay!

It was a cute little hotel with only 1 restaurant but it’s close to the Phrom Pong & Asok BTS Skytrain and malls. Great location with many good options nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Thailand, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The property was well-maintained, with a clean and modern design that offered both comfort and style. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The room was spacious and spotless, with all the amenities I needed—comfortable bedding, strong Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a lovely view. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee station provided daily. The location was perfect—conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The on-site restaurant served delicious dishes.

Very night hotel as recently renovated. Quiet room and easy check in. Unfortunatly morning checking out local transformer blew so room no aircon so checked out 2hrs earlier.
