The hotel is not bad. Friendly staff makes for a higher rating. Restaurant staff is amazing so is cleaning the rooms! Food during breakfast is ok. Nothing out of the ordinary - continental breakfast. The lobby develops a poor sewage / toilet smell in the evening hours and especially during rain. Masking the smell with strong artificial scent makes it worse. I assume there is repair needed on some plumbing. Otherwise decent hotel.

Good value stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Maison Hotel. It is modern bright and airy. The room and bed were comfortable though it lacked drawer and wardrobe space. It is well located and good value.

Very close to Nana Plaza and Sukumivit street, clean and modern, they only put coffee pods in the room for the first night, you have to pay for them if you need more for the next nights.

Property itself is amazing. BUT the area (Nana) is steps away from the largest adult entertainment bar in Bangkok. I don't recommend for women to be walking around here at night. The area at night is definitely not family friendly.

Everything about this property is amazing. The problem is its location in Nana Road, which is very near the largest adult bar in Bangkok. Even our guide warned us we shouldn't be walking around at night. Other than that, the property is new and expertly maintained.
