Me and my partner loved our stay here. The hotel breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, and a great assortment of items. The room was a perfect size for us and bed was super comfy! All the staff were accommodating. We like to walk so the location was great for us, main attractions are 10-30 minutes away, but grabs are so affordable if walking isn’t your thing. We always felt safe in the city and would definitely stay here again if we came back to Bangkok!

Great location in the old town area. Pick-up and drop off can be challenging because a one-lane narrow street but the property has a parking area where cars can use to turn around. We will stay here again!

I had a room full of ants for my two day stay. I understand the climate and location makes these places more prone to ants however it is the job of the hotel to check for cleanliness. When I went to complain to front desk they they didn't offer me any help, said the manager isn't available. Instead told me to just complain on Expedia. I have reached out by email with phots of the infested room and they just ignore me. Oh and they close the phone in your face when you call. Very disappointed. Won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Our room was very clean and quiet. We had spectacular views from our window and enjoyed a couple nights on the rooftop as well. Very convenient location with fantastic staff and a delicious breakfast! This was our first time visiting Thailand and Thana Wisut really made it a positive and memorable experience!
