I had a wonderful stay at The Berkeley Hotel in Bangkok for my honeymoon. The view of the city was absolutely stunning, especially at night when everything lights up and the skyline feels alive. It really made the whole experience feel special. The staff were consistently polite and welcoming, and I truly appreciated how attentive everyone was. I had a small issue during my stay and the manager handled it quickly and professionally, which made me feel genuinely taken care of. That level of service makes all the difference. The buffet was amazing with a huge variety of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was one of the highlights of my stay. The pool area was also beautiful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the city. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my honeymoon special.

Every thing was wonderful. Staff, room staff, and that little girl at the down stairs bar was great. Clean rooms. The one thing would be the flea market shopping connecting the palladium mall and the hotel.

Amazing place! We felt so welcomed and everyone was friendly and helpful. Great food choices, amazing breakfast buffet, delicious drinks especially margaritas 😍. Room was clean and very happy with housekeeping, everyday were cleaning rooms and changing towels. The pool side is kids friendly and very clean.

I recently stayed at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam and would rate my overall experience as good. The location is excellent for shopping and street food, with Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, and several night markets all within easy walking distance, plus a 7‑Eleven and small market attached to the property. My room was spacious, comfortable, and generally clean, and the hotel’s public areas felt modern and well maintained for the price point. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast offered a wide range of choices, which made mornings easy. Facilities like the outdoor pools and fitness center were a nice bonus after a hot day in Bangkok. On the downside, traffic around the area can be heavy and public transport access isn’t as straightforward as some other parts of the city. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you want a comfortable base in the Pratunam area and good value for money, and don’t mind a bit of congestion outside.

Stayed in north wing so we have to go to the 11th floor first and then took a long. Walk to get to another elevator again. Location is good and staffs were kind efficient and accomodating
