The rooms are clean and well equipped. The noise from the street is full on, it’s like trying to go to sleep laying next to a main road. After the first night I wanted to move hotels but they wouldn’t refund even 1 of 3 nights. They moved me to another room but same deal there. They need double glazing to sound proof the room from the street. The facilities are pretty ordinary. Staff are attentive professional and kind.

We stayed here for a short layover in Bangkok and I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. They hailed taxis for us, helped guide us, and were super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the room (although we were upgraded because we missed our flight and they couldn't refund us), there is on site laundry, lots of nearby restaurants and a pool (we did not check out the pool but it was quaint and looked nice). I generally liked the area the hotel is in. Some might find it busy but we were able to walk around the neighborhood and check out local restaurants. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if I'm ever in bangkok.

Cute little boutique hotel with friendly, helpful staff and convenient access to Lumpini MRT station. The hotel looks newer, the room was very clean and the furnishings were modern. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep very well at this hotel at all. You can hear the voices from adjacent rooms and there is also very little sound insulation from the windows. You will hear workers and machinery outside and they do start work quite early in the morning. The shower stall did not drain very well. The fitness room is just 3 cardio machines with no free weights.

Beautifull hotel

Beatifull hotel. Very clean, nice staff and very good breakfast. 4 blocks away from metro station and they offer a transfer to sky train. However, in my opinion, the location is quite far away from main tourist atractions but If you are ok with taking taxis pretty much anywhere I would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cotton very much. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent as it is walkable to both MRT and SkyTrain stations. We had a few early mornings and it was great to have multiple 24-hour dining options nearby.

The hotel was great. Friendly staff! Check in isn’t until 2pm, so I left my luggage and walked around until then. Hotel is nice, a little dated like the pillows were old but overall was a good hotel. Restaurants nearby which is great.
