The room was amazing and the colour scheme was great too! Easy to get to with amazing views in the rooms. Bath tub was outstanding and was enjoyed to the fullest. Great stay in all.

Mixed emotions

Have stayed in the front facing rooms in the past and these are great. Stayed in a room at the rear of the hotel this time and, not so great. My room was certainly tired, and so was I the next morning with an extractor outside running all night! Downstairs though the staff and food were as great as ever.

What a dump.

Place is a right dump. The standard room is like something from the 80,s. If they spent 3k on the room it would be a lot better. What a dump.

New rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast has always been included in the price, but not now its extra and £120 a night i would have expected Breakfast.

The nines is a fine place to stay..as long as you arent disabled ..have crutches or walking issues....the food is to die for ...the room i was in showed signs of damp in the ceiling and had plaster cracks in wall ...the staff are wonderful..Hannah was fantastic with me ..but i need something on a lower level ..i should have looked into it better ..

Had a lovely stay here for one night, lovely room- loved the decor and the REALLY comfy bed. Decided to go for a wander at breakfast and found a lovely cafe, so didn't eat at hotel. ( Maybe next time!). So much nicer than Prem Inn. Only downside...NO LIFT. Only

lovely hotel with great views of the harbour. Really friendly staff. It's not a boutique hotel and maybe a little dated but we loved the huge bed, gorgeous bedding and big bathroom. I would definitely stay there again

Lovely relaxed hotel. Stayed in Seaside Hideout Room 14. It was very dark but lovely. Only fault was room was not sea view as stated on hotels.com. which was disappointing. But other than that we had great stay.

Great asset in the centre of Bangor

Had stayed here in March ‘23 at the start of their refurbishment and happy to see that the works are completed to a very high standard. Great asset to central Bangor.

Great staff. Shabby room

Staff are excellent and friendly. Food and drink very good. Rooms are reasonably comfortable but tired and shabby in appearance. Shower wasn’t very powerful.

The accommodation part of the hotel very much in need of refurbishment. Bar area vibrant but staff did not prioritise check in. Bar meal ok but frankly overpriced
