The mattress was badly bowed so we kept rolling into the middle all the time, the AC unit was very loud, on all night and we couldn't switch it off, the toilet was very loud when you flush it like it had a macerator even though we were on the third floor and the shower head only went to shoulder height.

The welcome when I arrived was much appreciated. Any interaction I had with the staff at reception was some of the most professional, yet friendly, I’ve experienced. That alone, would make be want to stay here again. The breakfast was decent and the room was comfy.

Good quality hotel well located next to the football stadium and 20 min walk from the city centre. Good spacious room, clean a good bathroom. Nice bar and the English breakfast was delicious.
