'Nob Nest' - Perfect location, Close to Everything

This beautifully decorated mountain condo is conveniently located at the base of Sugar Mountain, with a 200-yard trail to the slopes. This condo has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a loft. In the master bedroom, there is a Queen-sized bed, a TV, and a stone gas log fireplace to warm up by. In the second bedroom, there is also a Queen-sized bed. The third bedroom and the loft each offer two Twin beds. All mattresses have been recently updated! This unit features an equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV and a stone gas fireplace in the living room, a washer and dryer, and a deck to relax on and enjoy the sounds of nature and beautiful views of both Sugar Mountain Ski Slope and Grandfather Mountain! No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
