Its a pretty good property in a serene location. You get a private beach which is virtually untouched by general public. The water and beach is clean. The property is fairly new, and faces few nagging issues, which i am sure will settle down over the time. Food is excellent and kudos to their kitchen staff for offering such a variety in a remote place.

"Sea View Twin room” Is a Scam I stayed at Golden Sands By The Bay (Jan 24–26) and booked two Sea View Twin rooms, paying extra for the view. What I got was just a tiny glimpse of the sea from the balcony — nothing close to a real sea view. Only suites actually have proper sea views. Selling these rooms as “Sea View” is misleading and unfair. Rooms allotted: 1316 & 1318 (photos uploaded as evidence). Other issues: 1. Bathroom door had no lock 2. Room sold for triple occupancy, but no extra bed provided Sea View Twin is not worth the premium.

The place and the view are great, but the food is a huge letdown. Prices are unreasonably high, and the taste is below average. On top of that, outside food is not allowed, forcing guests to eat only at their restaurant, which feels unfair given the quality.

I booked this stay in advance and since it was a new year time we got a room with no view although I booked the room with a sea view. Availability of the rooms were limited when I checked in and i tried to conmect with the staff at the reception but there was no luck. Then, there was a new manager at the resort named Neha, who gave her best in getting a good room with the sea view and I have to admit that she gave us the best room which is the corner room of the building and it has a pool view from the balcony and big glass on the other side with a full garden+ beach view. She deserved to appreciated with the way she spoke to us, the way she recieved us with a big smile on her face, patience in understanding the situation, giving her best which made us happy. Pros: This is a new resort opened and everything is just awesome. Clean room, spotless washrooms, nice views, amenities, spacious rooms, nice food, private beach, great pool, ample of space for parties, events, weddings, reception, corporate gatherings and family get together and a biggggggggg garden. Cons: The only con I saw is the food which is too costly compared to other resorts nearby, but they allowed outside food which is really appreciatable. I would definitely recommend this resort for anyone who want to have a great stay with great hospitality, awesome views and a private pool with private beach with lots of joy and to have a memorable time with your loved ones.

Rooms were good. Has a nice swimming pool for both kids and adults. Very close to the beach. Its like a private beach. Everything was maintained cleanly. However there were few minor issues. Like the mobile number provided for contacting goes unanswered. Checkin and checkout times are mentioned different in Expedia app.
