Very clean. Some things show their age but working well and clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was a little understaffed but didnt cause any problems. Tasted great, very large portions.

TV volume did not work when we checked in on Thursday night. Staff could not get it working. Maintenance was knocking on the door and woke me up at 8AM. I told them to let us sleep. Maintenance man came back and knocked on the door two more times. I finally called front desk and told them to have maintenance come to our room. When he did, he unplugged both the TV and cable box. All worked right after he did this. Maintenance guy told us staff should have called him when we checked in. I e-mailed the hotel manager and said we should have got the room free that night because the TV did not work. Hotel did not respond.

Overall the property was nice and appears to slowly be updating. There is a fitness room though the multi purpose weight set was partially broken. It had a treadmill and an elliptical as well. The room we stayed in was fairly clean though the in wall air unit had a rattle that kept us awake a few nights. The restaurant inside is great for kids but from there the food pricing skyrocketed. I would stay here again as it was convenient for our trip and is the best priced one in the area.

Very outdated facilities. Seemed clean enough, but needs to be repainted and carpeted. There were not enough outlets in the room.

Check in was easy. Nice area behind the hotel to walk around the lake with some swings. Very calming area. Grocery store nearby to grab snacks. Lodging is a little older but still in good condition

Needed to get our key card reprogrammed every time we left our room. Didn't matter how long we were gone. They did come to reprogram our door handle and it still didn't work. It was extremely frustrating and very inconvenient. The view was ok and the area was convenient for our itinerary. The staff was so pleasant and the hotel was very clean. Unsure if I will stay here again.

This is the only place I'd stay in this area. Very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant and bar. It has a nice pool and even a decent exercise room. The staff was very nice and the hotel, while older, is very clean and well maintained. There is not a lot to do in the area or other options for restaurants nearby, but the hotel's restaurant offers full breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food way very good. Would stay here again.

Slow service.

We went to the lounge for dinner. Service was very slow. Food was ok but a little pricy. The waitress came and took our water pitcher. Did not fill our empty water glasses before taking. There was a water line that sprung a leak. We never Igot our water pitcher back. She never came back to check on us. Just dropped the bill off. We saw her outside smoking when we left.
