From the late 19th century until 1970, it has always been linked to the world of entertainment, with cabarets, music halls, and theatres such as Teatro Condal, Teatro Victoria, and Teatro Apolo, which continue to offer shows. The Catalan Broadway is full of charm and although it is no longer the same as before, it continues to offer a wide variety of activities and entertainment.
The Parallel also offers one of the best and most varied gastronomic options, which fill its pedestrian streets and tapas bars. It has many terraces where you can have a drink, nightclubs and a magnificent gastronomic and cultural panorama.

Important notice: From 12 to 30 January 2026, works will be carried out in the entrance hall of the building. The works may generate noise or occasional disturbances during the day. Access to the floor will remain possible at all times. We appreciate your understanding.

- Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine)
