Functional and fully equipped with top brand appliances. 1st floor with 1 bedroom with double bed and 2nd floor with 1 double 1 indiviual bed. 2 Bathrooms. Natural light throughout the day. Private terrace with barbecue views. AC, high spedd wifi. Very well communicated to Barcelona city center, Airport, "La Fira" exhibition center. Quiet neighborhood. Parking available upon request.

Several apartments can be booked simultaneously for large groups in the same building. The building has security cameras at reception and in common areas to ensure the comfort and safety of guests. Following local regulations, we are obliged to charge a tourist tax of 1.1 per person and per night at the end of the stay (excluding children under 17). It is essential to complete the online check in in our app before check in and inform us when it is done to provide you with the access code to the apartments. Parking (subject to availability) must be requested by the client at least 24 hours before check in and inform the plate number. We charge 15 per day. In case of damage or loss of the remote control or the access card, we charge 50 . The time of arrival and departure from the car park is the same as that of the apartments. 15 will be charged for the sheets of the sofa bed only if requested Early check in or late check out has a cost of 25 and must be requested by the client 24 hours in advance to see if it can be accomodated. The apartment is located right next to the Collblanc market, one of the few surviving traditional markets in the Barcelona area. The easiest way to get to our apartment from Barelona Airport is by taking the Metro line L9S (30 minutes without the need to change). The frequency of passage is 8 minutes. From the subway exit to the apartment it takes only 2 minutes. To get the apartment by car from the airport, take the C31 and the journey takes 15 minutes if traffic is fluid. Metro connects you to Barcelona downtown in 17 24minutes, to the railstation in 10 minuts and to "La Fira" exhibit center in 7 minutes. Barça Soccer Field is just a 10 minute walk away
