A little noisy but overall a good stay

Friendly staff and a very comfy bed. I enjoyed the location being so walkable to a lot of main sites. My only issues are some of the noises. I'm not sure where they are coming from, but I think the AC is squealing and there is another noise that sounds like the subway, but I don't think it is the subway. Also, someone upstairs was hammering.

We had a fantastic stay. The terrace room is very nice. The only feedback I would give is that the breakfast buffet is quite humble, which is fine however the bread options we are all stale - rock solid old bread. Only one of the elevators was working so it was always a wait to go to our room. Otherwise everything was lovely and we really enjoyed it.

Good hotel, slight issues but overall a good stay.

It was a good hotel. Lots of space and clean. A few minor design flaws: 1. The hooks in the shower are rounded, so your towel doesn’t stay on 2. The shower temp fluctuates as you’re showering from a little cold to a little too hot which makes your showers a little uncomfortable 3. The shower drains don’t drain fast enough, they have this weird bars that partially closes the drain. The shower started to fill up all the way to the point where it was about to overflow out of the shower and it had only been 3-4 mins. I had to remove the bar to fully expose the drain then it drained at the proper rate.

The cleaning crew must do better when cleaning the room and replacing all items, including glass cups and towels that were there from the begging. Came back to a room semi clean and with only two cups instead of 4 and some were dirty

This is a small hotel at great location for visiting Barcelona. It is clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious with a good size balcony. I recommend it.

Very centrally located!! Just a few steps from the Provença GFC line and a short walk away to Diagonal metro stop. The room was average, and had quirky furnishings. One thing I didn’t like was that the hallways inside the hotel are dim and dark so at night it can feel a bit sketchy. But what made me feel safe was that the elevator does not go up without a keycard. Additionally, some of the furnishings in the room didn’t look as clean but I guess that’s all hotel furnishings after consistent use. The mini-fridge was a nice thing to have in the room, but it did not keep things cold which was a downside.

We had a room on the first floor which looked out onto a lobby area, which meant it didn’t receive any natural light. As we came to Barcelona for the Primavera festival, this worked in our favour due to the festival being through the night. It might not have been ideal if we were coming for any other reason. Other than that, everything else was good.

We stayed here for my hen do and had a great time overall. We booked four rooms, which ended up being spread across different floors—not ideal for a group, but manageable. The beds were incredibly comfortable; I had the best night's sleep in ages and even woke up without my usual back ache! Breakfast was a highlight—plenty of choice and everything was regularly topped up. The Wi-Fi was a bit of a letdown though; it only worked reliably in reception and the breakfast area, not in the rooms. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the hotel felt secure thanks to the keycard-only entrance system. Location-wise, it’s about a 20-minute walk to La Rambla, but the metro is just around the corner and super easy to use. Taxis were also readily available right outside. One disappointment: I booked expecting access to a pool, as it was advertised on several websites. Unfortunately, the pool is exclusive to the penthouse, which wasn’t made clear—so that was a bit misleading.
