Very poor service

Very rude and unhelpful staff. When we asked for late checkout the staff literally laughed in our face and didn't even ask for our room number. Air Conditioner didn't work the entire duration of our stay. Tiny gym without any dumbbells. Avoid.

The staff were really friendly, the breakfast was amazing, great array of fruit, pastries, cheeses, meats and delicious cooked options. Couldn't have been better. The roof-top splash pool was incredible, the best views of the city by far (and we visited Park Guell!). The ability to rent bikes from the hotel was a big bonus, Barcelona is a very safe city to cycle in. the hotel was only a 15 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to Ramblas.

Very Exo-friendly. If you stay be sure to add on the breakfast!!! It’s phenomenal! Hot and cold bar with eggs, potatoes, roasted veggies. Meats, cheeses, delicious yogurt, pastries, cereals, specialty coffees, juices… It’s delicious! Well worth the cost. And they are usually serve until 10:30-11. The patio (see photos) is lovely to sit outside. I believe there were bikes (cruisers) to rent also. Location is very close to restaurants and shopping. I had a dental emergency and went to the Pharmacy a block away. They were so helpful and walked me to the Dentist across the way. I was able to get an antibiotic prescription. The grocery store is on the corner from hotel as well. Microwave available to warm food in lobby. Water is offered in room and rooms are clean, temperate and comfortable. We had a great stay!

Fabulous location. Yes it is a bit rough with unsavourary people immediately outside the hotel but there's plenty of others to make you feel safe and it is a great location! Roof top pool was stunning. I would recommend this hotel. I could hear the occassional toilet from a nearby bedroom but it wasnt a problem.

There was nothing I didn’t like about Andante. Our accommodations were quite clean & comfortable, the staff was very friendly, helpful and professional, especially Tome. And the buffet breakfast, although an extra charge, was well worth it. Fabulous assortment of breakfast choices. This property was a great value.

Had a great stay at the Andante Hotel recently. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly. It is within walking distance to la Rambla and many restaurants. About a 10-15 minute drive from the cruise port.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, las camas fueron muy cómodas. El hotel es muy eco friendly. Me gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca de La Rambla, restaurantes, estaciones de autobuses y metro. El área de piscina en el roof top tiene unas vistas extraordinarias de la ciudad, sin embargo es bien pequeño para el tamaño del hotel.
