LOVED the uniqueness of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing and bed was Soooo comfy... We had a wonderful stay... our only disappointment was that renovations were going on the floor we were staying and this resulted in power outage on 2 occasions. The area around the hotel was also under going extensive building work so made access with car/ taxi a little tricky... I am sure on our next visit all this will be finalized and we look forward to staying with you again... cheers, drew :)

Great location to the train station, and very walkable, safe area. The lower access elevators are tiny and overused. Trapped in the elevator for 5 minutes, and emergency call did not work.

Great stay overall. My partner and I had a king bed which was extremely comfy and the overall room was great. Showers and toilet were clean and the entire room was clean as well. Check in and check out was fast and easy. The only issue is that finding the hotel entrance from the train station was confusing at first.

The staff were excellent, and our room was spotless. The lobby had a peaceful atmosphere, which we appreciated. We also loved the convenience of accessing the train station directly from the hotel. Plus, the food was absolutely fantastic!

Well locate

First time in my life the room is not ready (when supposed to). Not enought staff to clean the rooms. And the water in the shower not enought hot. Enought on the bad points. ++ The hotel is the nearest you could be of the metro and train station. The room was great, nice view and really looks like the picture. Frienldy staff.
