This apartment which accommodates 6 people has a surface area of 85 m2 divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a balcony overlooking Calle Montserrat and another looking on to the back of the building. It is ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.

The apartment is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, washing machine, tumble drier, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, plates), TV and free Wi-Fi.

Near the apartment you can explore the unique Gothic Quarter and Old Town, its broad range of restaurants, medieval buildings, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza del Rey, Plaza del Pi, the Maremagnum area, a leisure area facing the sea, shop in all sorts of different establishments in Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, and also enjoy many different cultural activities with some of the most important museums and theatres in the city.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. Excellent Location

This is an excellent location, however, there is street noise so one must be aware of this. Perhaps a fan or ear plugs could solve this. Also, the unit below has a hot tub so late night parties may occur. This would not discourage me from booking again. A minor inconvenience.It is located right off the main Rambla and Gothic area. Also, short jaunt to the famous market. When we arrived, the hot water heater was not working. The host has it resolved in less than one half hour of arrival. Awesome response time. Felt very secure in the rental. Had all amenities and showers were awesome. Beds very comfortable.

Great Unit

Loved the stay but was a bit loud with a bar directly underneath. Typically wouldn’t mind but I had a one year old that kept waking up throughout the busy nights. Will definitely go back for an adult stay only :)

Perfect spot on Barcelona

Couldn’t have found a better place - close to all the action but not on a noisy street. Spacious, clean and easy to get to, this apartment exceeded our expectations. The host was quick to respond and helpful. Just bring your own laundry detergent, everything else is there. Highly recommend.

Great stay in Barcelona

Wonderful apartment to stay in in Barcelona. Centrally located, comfortable, and well-stocked. Only thing is, it can get a bit loud in the back two bedrooms because of neighborhood noise. But, you're staying near the ramblas in a party town... so you should be expecting that!

Skip the weekends.

Overall the property was great….. clean, check in was easy, property management was accommodative, great area of Barcelona. Unfortunately, there is a bar a couple doors down from the property which is open 11 pm to 3 am on Fridays and Saturdays. The noise is unbelievably loud. The other bar noise thought the week was totally manageable but Friday night the noise from this bar woke all of us up and kept us up. If you are a light sleeper or have small kids I would think twice about the property which is unfortunate because we loved everything else about it.
