The room was clean daily and cleaning staff was good. The breakfast was good. The front Desk staffs are just okay. I was slipped in the tub when I took a shower. My nose was bleeding, my head and my right side of my leg were all bruised. My friend was almost fell too when she took a shower. We reported the incident. But the front desk staff told me to avoid the slippery issue, just put a towel on the tub. Who would ever think that when you are on vacation. They need to provide a non-slip mats.

El hotel bien ubicado, muy cerca del mall, donde encuentras desde un gran súper mercado como tiendas de todo tipo y restaurantes variados, las habitaciones bien, aunque un poco justas en el mobiliario, una mesita de noche minúscula sin contactos cerca, el staff bastante más amables que el común que te encuentras en Barcelona

Nice, clean, and decent, but nowhere near 4-star vibes—more like a solid 3. Friendly staff, though they can look a bit messy. Rooms are tidy but basic, missing that upscale polish. The mall next door is handy if you’re into shopping, but getting downtown or around the city isn’t convenient. Good for a quick stay, not a luxurious getaway.

Sad that my 15 year old couldn’t use the spa pool. Also it would be nice if there were more options for refreshments in room. Only 2 small milks was nowhere near enough and no wee biscuits or cookies. I always look forward to a cup of tea or two and wee biscuit/cookie after a long journey and before bed
