Would recommend - with a few caveats
The GOOD: Very modern - but still Spanish - vibe. We were a party of 4 and had all we needed - dishware, coffee, bottled water to start. Loved the kitchen terrace and small bedroom balcony. There are many places to eat and shop walking distance from the apt. It was also VERY easy to hail a taxi from the corner. The "not so good":1) I gave the check-in process only a 3 coz while Alvaro was SUPERB (friendly & professional), the other shorter man who "greeted" us at reception on the first day was not so nice. When I knocked on the reception door - he opened the door with no greeting or smile, as if we were bothering him. Perhaps he was just having a bad day. 2) During the middle of the night there was lots of noises (voices, screams, laughter) that could be heard from other apts. I got up at 4am and looked through the peep hole of our front door to see multiple people running into the apt across the way (4B) with no regard for the other patrons. We could also smell cigarette smoke. There was also another couple fighting vigorously in another apt. Bottom line - noises and smells travel (via the vents?) from apt. to apt. 3) They charge your CC a significant security deposit which they do refund. But in our case, we got back less than what they charged due to the exchange rate that day. I don't think the deposit should post to your CC, rather they should just put a hold on it. 4) Lastly... more of an FYI, the elevator is VERY VERY small. Can only fit 3 adults standing side by side.
