Clean and Beautiful Hotel

Excellent location if you are visiting the Basílica. You can have view everyday you stay. It is one of the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed, the cleaning ladies did a outstanding job. The only thing have to complain will be the check-in/out communication, which is through WhatsApp and locked boxes. However, the key was missing when I opened the box. I call the CS with the number I have on the lockbox and WhatsApp, I was told I have called the right number and she gave me the number I have just called. I was lucky that the cleaning lady helped to solve it. One last thing, the hotel doesn't provide luggage storage after check out, you will have to take a 15mins taxi to their offer for their luggage service. The staffs are nice in office, but that's something you need to be aware.

A really great apartment in the heart of Barcelona. The apartment was spacious for 5 girls to stay, and the roof terrace and pool is incredible! Highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic quiet building. The roof top pool and patio is brillant with a spectacular view of the Familia. The apartment was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The atea is very walkable and close access to the metro. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

For a family of six, the apartment was perfect for our 2 day stay in Barcelona. Location was fab. Being so close to Sagrada Familia was a joy. Lots of places to eat near by. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Would def recommend.

Super apartment ideally located near sights and metro. Really enjoyed our stay and whilst the pool is small the ambience of its setting is stunning. My kids knocked lots of fun out of the pool! Hughly recommend!

It was in a great location. They had too many bugs inside the apartment. For the 5 of us staying 4 nights, they only provided 3 small rolls of toilet paper which was inconvenient. The floors were dirty.
Spent the first hour of arrival killing bugs.

Positives-This property is steps from Sagrada Família. We had a view from our balcony of it. The rooftop pool is amazing. We stayed in a clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Note-there is not a person or desk to check in. The office is at a different location. You can store your bags there, but then have to figure out how to get them there and back. The location is not marked but if you know the address you can find it. Just don’t expect a sign to find it. Also note that the laundry is shared with the building and staff. So doing at night is better than the morning.

Myself and two kids loved this property. It was a great location and the accommodations were perfect. The pool on roof top was lovely after a long day in the sun. Also having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Communication was great too with clear instructions how to get into building and apartment. We stayed in a two bedroom with a balcony with awesome view of Sagrada Familia. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

This apartment was fabulous. Great location opposite the Sagarda Família where there were great views from the rooftop pool when cooling off. Very walkable to lots of the places in Barcelona. Apartment was really clean, well equipped, air conditioned and there was also a communal washing machine for use. Team that manages the apartment were really responsive and communicative for any needs. Would highly recommend!
