The staff are all welcoming. Check in and check out process was smooth. Ferran has been very helpful and went above and beyond. The manager also approved a 1 hour extension to give us time to pack our things after a morning tour. The breakfast buffet has plenty of options. Dinner at the Restaurant Sintonia was excellent. Thank you for an excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Gallery Hotel is now our go-to hotel in Barcelona. The location is wonderful, staff lovely and rooms are good (although some are on the small side which is usual in Barcelona)

I liked everything about the property. Staff was great! My only problem was with the fact that the dining room did not open until 8 pm. We Canadians like to eat between 5 - 6 pm but I guess that's my problem, not the hotel's... We ate both dinners at the Italian restaurant next door.

Very clean and elegant. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Conveniently located for getting around the city with a metro station close by and walkable to anywhere central. Best of all - the bed was very comfortable and we slept so well!
