Super friendly and helpful staff, a great vibe all over the hostel, awesome location, close to many public transportation options, few mins walk from the Cruise Bus too for those going on a cruise from Barcelona port! (Was me! :)) Also supermarkets and a Lidl just 3-4mins walk away if any grocery shopping is needed. Bunk beds have curtains for added privacy, I love these options. They also organize events several times a week, whether it’s happy hour, cook-out, or a walk to Monjuic, etc! If I ever have a chance to return to Barcelona, I’d be happy to stay here again!! 🤗

Thank you so much to the incredible staff at hostel one ramblas! I’m so glad I chose to stay here, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when solo travelling especially. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most other guests are solo so it’s easy to meet people. There are planned activities every afternoon and evening by staff, free family style dinners in the evening and free entry to excellent bars and clubs. The beds are comfortable even though there aren’t many bathrooms I did not have to wait long. The hostel is under 10 minutes walk from nearest metro station which is also really convenient.

Great hostel

This is a good clean hostel in a good location. The staff is really friendly. Beds have privacy curtains and plugs. Rooftop terrace, book exchange.

Solo hostel travel in Barcelona

Great location near the Metro. Secure keypad entry. 24 hour front desk. Daily activities. Very social setting. You can do laundry, rent towels, or have a meal. Electric outlet for each bed. Loved the privacy curtain.

This was the best hostel I've stayed at! The atmosphere is great and I love the day/night activities and family dinners. The staff were awesome, and the bunk beds were comfortable. I like the privacy from the curtains next to the beds, and the lockers were huge.

Best hostel ever

This hostel truly provides a family feel! With the family dinners and the activities planned throughout the day and night even solo travelers will make lasting friendships. The service is incredible and someone is always available when you need help. If i ever have the chance to come back to one of the lovations I will not hesitate to take it!

Friendly, fun for younger people

I'm 39 and probably older than average for staying in hostels, but I have to say the staff here went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Great vibe, clean, concept of curtained personal space was appreciated, there seems to be regular events here for younger people too.

Friendly staff and great location!

One of my highlight in Barcelona was staying at Hostel One Ramblas, which is close to the main attractions and got some very friendly and helpful staff. The lounge has got great vibe for meeting new people and I certainly enjoyed my stay.
