All the staff were very helpful and the free breakfast was very good for the variety. The air conditioned seems not working properly and we have to leave hot gap of the patio door in order to let the fresh air flows. The city is working on the road improves and did affect the appearance and the homeless to stay closer to the hotel.

Nice hotel, well located. Adequate for what we needed. Disappointed no kettle in the room. Breakfast served from 8am was too late for our early starts so couldn’t have breakfast on two of the three days.

Very neat hotel hidden down an alleyway off La Ramblas. Very basic room with beds and private bathroom. Felt safe and great service from hotel staff. Breakfast was very good as well. Walking distance to the port and attractions.

I like the staff service and support but I think they need to inform that the area nearby is under construction. Rooms need to add more amenities like other chains (water for example). Elevators are very narrow. But again, the staff is very supportive.

I like this hotel property close to the cruise ship terminal. Very convenient with free breakfast and friendly staff. Special mention to Joyce from the dining area very friendly and helpful to us.

DONOT GO IN HERE!!! This is one of the worst hotels that I have ever been. We booked it for two nights. The first night we got a room on the 5th floor. I went in and on the bed sheets there were lots of marks. Like someone just had sex in the room and left. I went down and asked for another room and took my lots of effort to convince them the room needs to be changed. We went yo another room on the 2nd floor which was above a night clubs and the night club was open till morning. We did not sleep the entire night and next morning we left the hotel without even looking back. The room was cold and the blanket was not enough for the room and the AC was not working at all.

Barcelona beauty

Lovely little hotel, superb location, clean, friendly, great breakfast variety but often very busy. Beds ok but pillows weirdly long and thin. Perfect spot for walking to many restaurants and scenic dpits
